For the whole March we have, in collaboration with the leading winemakers from southern Moravia, prepared another special menu of harmonious combinations of wines and delicious dishes that will present a perfect combination of flavors and aromas. You can look forward to a dried pork fillet, mango, fig and lamb’s lettuce as a starter or a shrimp, pancetta, bamboo, vegetables and polenta in a main course. Indulge in this delicious harmony.
